Deirdre Feeney testing optical artwork in ANFF Lab

 

Deirdre is an artist and Lecturer of Contemporary Art at the University of South Australia. Her practice-based research engages with multi-disciplinary and collaborative research. Deirdre has interests in optical histories, media archaeology and optical image systems as tools for generating insight into our perceptual experience of the image. Her practice encompasses digital and material methods to create hybrid systems which include image, object and viewer.
